For which specific age ranges is the book recommended?
We recommended the book for all ages. The stories are three fairy tales, crafted in a kinder and more gentle light with messages of personal acceptance and personal happiness, which we hope both children and adults will benefit from. Our beta readers ranged from their 20s to 50s and all enjoyed them greatly.

How long are the stories?
Each of the three stories are short, like around 1000 words. With the side-by-side dual languages and the illustrations, the stories will fill what we think will be a really beautiful book.

Can you make a hardcover option available now? I'll pay for it.
Not now. Given the uncertainty in the printing industry over the last couple years, we can’t guarantee that a low-volume hardcover would meet the quality you would be paying to get - or that we could afford to produce it. At our stretch goal, we will feel comfortable adding that option. Thanks for your understanding.

Can I buy an add-on separately?
Our existing books can be purchased at atthisarts.com.
For physical campaign exclusives, extras can be added to an existing level with shipping, but need to be purchased with a copy of the book.
For the digital exclusives, you may want to add $15 to your pledge for handling in BackerKit, or just wait and see what is available then.
Thank you for understanding that we have software and logistical limitations, and as a very small business we are trying to keep this campaign manageable.

Do I get to pick the story or art at the higher pledge levels?
For the Story Treasure, Ava Kelly will take your requests into account when writing the story, while creating a story true to their vision and world.
For the Original Art, these will be the actual illustrations from the book, so there is no customization. As for which goes where, we will take your request into account, as well as your pledge level and pledge backer number.

Will international backers pay tax or customs fees for shipped items?
Yes, you may have to. This varies by country, and we don’t know what may be required for pick-up. While some of the add-on books will be regionally printed (lowering that risk) the Alia Terra book will be shipped from Michigan, increasing the chance of these in-country fees.
No packages will be marked differently (e.g. “gift”) to avoid this. Thank you for understanding.

Why does the Spanish caption say "Mexico" ?
The only options for captions for español are (Mexico) and (España). The translation is intended for world, including American, backers. We have passed this feedback to Kickstarter.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
